187 Consulting Group was originally tasked with sourcing a manufacturer for the products in the Far East, in addition we started and completed the patent process for said product and developed the logistical platform for the importing and distribution of the project. We were also tasked with creating a Sales Team, both Internal & External, and creating Representative Agreements and Commission Structures.

Luxury Manufacturer, Wholesaler and Retailer of bespoke and one of a kind jewelry.
This highly entrepreneurial company was in need of structure, policies and procedures and new IT software to run the manufacturing and wholesale/retail business. We wee tasked with accomplishing all of this and open their first retail storefront. By employing several key members of our staff, finance, operations & LP we successfully accomplished this in a timely manner staying under budget.
Mass Merchant
A Multi-Unit chain of discount department stores in the Northeast.
This 12 store chain tasked 187 Consulting Group with designing a streamlined logistics practice for the company and help in the store’s management training and HR. In addition we were tasked with finding areas of growth in product categories and RE for further expansion.
